  • Summary of your current or latest research
    Download the template
    * Clearly describe the objective, background, methods and results (or latest progress) of your graduate thesis. If you have not performed research for graduate thesis, describe your current research or research plan. This will be used only for selection of applicants (oral examination). The file format for submission should be PDF, JPEG, PNG, BMP, or GIF.

  • A scanned copy of “Confirmation Notice”
    The applicants should receive “Confirmation Notice” with the expected supervisor’s signature. The file format for submission should be PDF, JPEG, PNG, BMP, or GIF.
